Early 1900's ORIENTALIST Arabia Painting

Here is a very beautiful original early 1900's orientalist painting of Arabian riders in a village. Notice the raised
French flag in the distance. This scene would have to have been painted after 1916 when control of the southern portion of
the Ottoman Empire was "mandated" to France and Britain. Painted on silk with sand and other materials. Appears to date at
least 1920's - 1930's. However, it could be older. Measures 25" X 30 3/4". The original period frame measures 27" X 32". Signed
on the lower right "RAE GOODWIN". Wonderful Folk / Art Nouveau style. BREATHTAKING!!! VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!
