1. Services

We provides painting services for residential properties in St. Louis, MO, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior painting, deck staining, and pressure washing.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by ModPaint are subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

3. Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract for each project. Generally, a deposit is required to secure a start date, with the balance due upon completion of the work.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply if a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has begun. The specific cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract.

6. Warranty

Triangle Pro Painting provides a warranty on labor and materials as specified in each individual contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper maintenance.

7. Insurance and Licenses

ModPaint is fully insured and licensed to operate in the state of Missouri. Proof of insurance and licensing can be provided upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Triangle Pro Painting and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ModPaint be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. ModPaint SMS Communication Program

• The ModPaint SMS communication program informs customers of when appointment times are available and when their estimator will arrive at their property.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
